We are working on building a full scale, Complex Refinery in Nigeria's South East. With our Partners, we are building a Refinery of 105,000 Barrels per calendar day. The Refinery is projected to be able to process all Crude types available in Nigeria as well most Arabian Heavy Crudes. The intent here is to help end Nigeria's dependence on imported Petroleum Products of all kinds and at the same time, revive the local supply of Lube Oil Base stocks and greases, to the local market.

A Complex Refinery along the Imo River
Miradolf Refining & Petrochemicals Company Limited is to be located in Ezinihitte in Imo State, Nigeria.
The Plan is for a complex Refining and Petrochemicals Facility to produce the full range of Petroleum Products sorely needed for nation-building especially in a developing economy like Nigeria's. The Petrochemicals arm of the plant will follow on about year five (5) from beginning of the Project.
ATK production in Nigeria ended in Nigeria about 1982! Most of the Hydrotreating Units built in the Refineries were abandoned for reasons not exactly technical and certainly surmountable. Today, poorly mothballed since then, the Plants have rotted. We are determined to bring this capability back to the Country's refining landscape and relieve the nation.
Additionally, Nigerians and our sub-region deserve better quality, and ease of supply, of Petroleum Products. We, in collaboration with our partners, are poised to usher in a new age in Petroleum Products supply to Nigeria, the African Continent's reputed giant.

Miradolf Oil & Gas, a wholly Nigerian Company, in collaboration with our partners, are working on building a full fledged Complex Refinery in Nigeria to be located in the South East Region of the Country.
The Refinery will be complete with Twin Topping Units, Reforming and Fluid Catalytic Cracking Units. In addition, a few optimizing Units are also envisaged. These shall include from the start, Isom and Alkylation Units, a Hydrocracker, lube stock processing units, Sulfur Recovery and processing unit, and Hydrodesulfurisation Units for the achievement of most world class standard fuels, especially Aviation Turbine Kerosene otherwise known as Jet Fuel.
Consultations are in progress and advanced as alignment of Financiers and technology providers are about to be concluded.

The Project Plan
The Thrust of the Plan is to have a 105 Kilobarrels per day Twin Topping Units.
Reforming and FCC Units shall be sized for 150% of projected feed from the Topping Units. Varieties of optimizing units for achieving international standards specifications of all fuels including Jet Fuels are in the plan. They include: Isomerization units, a hydrocracker and, a Solid-Acid-based Alkylation Unit. Sulfur Recovery and Processing Unit is in the plan.
We shall be fully independent in Power and Utilities, enough to cater for all Plants' needs and those of our immediate Host Community for power and potable water. The 50% extra optimizing capacity will be added post initial mechanical completion.
