Twin Topping Units - total capacity: 105, 000 Barrels Per Day. Crude types envisaged, include all available Crude specifications in Nigeria, and heavy Arabian Heavy Blends.
Hydrotreating Units: For Naphtha, Kero, and other specialty distillates.
Isomerization Unit for upgrading light and very light Naphtha streams into High Octane blending Stocks.
Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit. This is intended to convert heavy bottoms out of both the Topping and Vacuum Plants into high octane blending stocks. Aiming at the bottom-of-the-barrel.
A Solid Acid Catalyst Unit. This unit is intended to converted Butanes and propenes into Gasoline blending stocks. This will naturally take away from our Cooking Gas Capacity.
A Hydrocracking Unit. This unit will be able to ensure that we will not be in the Fuel or Bunker Oil business.
Lubricating Oil Processing Units.
Grease Stock processing Units.
Sulfur-recovery and processing Units. As part of the Petrochemical Plants, a Sulfuric Acid Unit is envisaged.
Power Plant and Utilities. This is intended to provide power, raw, potable and process water, Nitrogen (Commercial scale), Air and liquid Oxygen (Commercial scale) and Steam at high, medium and low pressures.
Full range Tank Farm and Metering facilities for movement of Crude Oil, intermediate and finished products.
Crude Oil Supply Pipeline along a route yet to be designated by DPR, from Rivers State and Egbema / Ohaji, in Imo State, to the Plant.
Solid wastes, and waste water treatment Units
A Jetty on Imo for receipt of Heavy Crudes and export of Products. It shall serve for receipt of construction materials and equipment midway into the Project.
Truck Loading Facility in the proximity of the Refinery
A Parking facility for Tank Trucks
A Housing Complex for staff only. Here too shall be a full fledged Hospital featuring world-class comprehensive medical offerings. General medicine, Optometry, ENT, Surgery, etc.
Kindergarten, Nursery, Primary, and Secondary Schools for Staff and neighborhood children.
World Class Road and infrastructure networks to ensure near and long term free flow of traffic in and out of our neighborhood.
All operations, construction, pre-commissioning and post-commissioning, shall be out of an Administrative Building Complex inside our Perimeter.

Miradolf Oil & Gas, a wholly Nigerian Company, in collaboration with our partners, are working on building a full fledged Complex Refinery in Nigeria to be located in the South East Region of the Country.
The Refinery will be complete with Twin Topping Units, Reforming and Fluid Catalytic Cracking Units. In addition, a few optimizing Units are also envisaged. These shall include from the start, Isom and Alkylation Units, a Hydrocracker, lube stock processing units, Sulfur Recovery and processing unit, and Hydrodesulfurisation Units for the achievement of most world class standard fuels, especially Aviation Turbine Kerosene otherwise known as Jet Fuel.
Consultations are in progress and advanced as alignment of Financiers and technology providers are about to be concluded.

The Project Plan
The Thrust of the Plan is to have a 105 Kilobarrels per day Twin Topping Units.
Reforming and FCC Units shall be sized for 150% of projected feed from the Topping Units. Varieties of optimizing units for achieving international standards specifications of all fuels including Jet Fuels are in the plan. They include: Isomerization units, a hydrocracker and, a Solid-Acid-based Alkylation Unit. Sulfur Recovery and Processing Unit is in the plan.
We shall be fully independent in Power and Utilities, enough to cater for all Plants' needs and those of our immediate Host Community for power and potable water. The 50% extra optimizing capacity will be added post initial mechanical completion.
